As the Talent and HR Generalist at The Related Group, I contribute to the hiring and retention of diverse and qualified talent for one of the leading real estate development companies in the US. I partner with hiring managers, HR, and external agencies to source, screen, and onboard candidates for various positions across the organization. I have a passion for connecting people with opportunities and creating a positive candidate experience. I graduated from Samford University with a double major in Marketing and Management, and a concentration in Professional Sales. I also hold multiple certifications in inbound marketing, social media, and Google fundamentals.
