I take global supply chain and procurement operations and turn them into well-oiled machines. This doesn’t happen overnight. My process starts with a conversation. Are we adapting our supply chain to fit the customer’s needs? What are our main challenges, core values, and future goals? Are we getting the most out of our logistics network? From there, I create strategic roadmaps that drive change using a balance of supply chain agility, customer-centricity, and my vision and international experience to spot potential roadblocks that are miles ahead. As a strategic business executive with an entrepreneurial mind, bias for action, and a solid track record of developing and mentoring future leaders, I know how to boost service levels, realize cost savings, and leverage diversity and inclusion initiatives to improve our team. My job is to hold the group together and serve as the framework that highlights their work and efforts. As an energetic and affable leader, I take pride in my ability to relate to people and see things from an empathetic point of view. As an authentic and polished professional, I also know how to effectively coach teams and deliver actionable results. My ability to quickly identify problems and develop/implement bespoke business solutions has enabled me to consistently ensure continuous revenue growth and purposefully shape the evolution of multiculturally aligned and inclusive workforces.
