-Lead the CCRIS reporting team, ensuring timely and accurate SDIS submissions to Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) in full compliance with regulatory standards. -Oversee the end-to-end CCRIS reporting process, focusing on improving efficiency, data integrity, and governance. -Perform in-depth analytics on loan data to detect and resolve data quality issues, driving greater reporting accuracy. -Leverage Qlik Sense to build dashboards and perform data validation, supporting both internal controls and external reporting needs. -Spearhead system enhancements for CCRIS processes, ensuring streamlined workflows and timely project execution. -Collaborate with IT and external vendors to resolve system issues, implement upgrades, and enhance overall system performance. -Act as the key point of contact for CCRIS-related matters, addressing internal/external queries and aligning practices with evolving BNM regulatory requirements.
