I’m a Talent Management professional with deep expertise in curriculum design, facilitation, and leadership development. As a Talent Management Consultant, I specialize in designing and delivering targeted programs that empower individuals and teams across the enterprise. I serve as a strategic internal consultant, partnering with business leaders and shared service teams to co-create scalable and customized solutions that address talent needs at every level—from individual contributors to organizational leadership.
