Finance Assistant and Administration Apprentice at ForGood.Tech, due to complete my Level 2 AAT apprenticeship August 2026. Previous Customer Service Representative at Wickes with 3+ years of customer service experience that have been built alongside my time management and organisational skills.
As a finance apprentice, I worked with a small finance team and took on a wide range of responsibilities from credit control and bank reconciliations to assisting with month-end procedures and respondly promptly to customer queries. My role also required me to take on various administration duties such as replenishing refreshments and maintaining our store of office supplies within a set budget. Key Achievements: Assisted my Finance Officer and CFO to create an Excel template using VLOOKUP to increase credit card reconciliation efficiency. We successfully reduced task time from 6+ hours to 2 at most, freeing time for other responsibilities. Monitored and reported the ongoing success of the rebranding project, providing updates and ensuring all work was completed by strict deadlines. I later took on more responsibilites, due to unexpected departures from employees, and reviewed and updated rebranded documents with strong attention to detail, enhancing my proficiency in Microsoft Word and demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to handle sudden changes
