As the Founder and CEO of R;pple Suicide Prevention Charity, I have a personal and professional mission to provide more help and support to individuals who are conducting searches relating to self-harm or suicide online. I started R;pple in 2020, after losing my only sibling, Josh, to suicide at 21 years old. R;pple is an online interceptive tool that has been downloaded over a million times and saved countless lives. It displays a message of hope and a selection of mental health resources on a user's device once they have been flagged as searching for harmful content online. I am also a Cyber Culture Manager at Deloitte and a JAAQ Creator covering the topic of suicide prevention and bereavement by suicide. With over six years of experience in cyber security, I am highly skilled in designing and implementing successful cyber awareness and education programmes, reducing phishing susceptibility, and delivering global marketing communications. I have developed strong working relationships across the cyber industry, with partners such as the Metropolitan Police, FBI, Microsoft, GCHQ, NCSC, and many more. I am passionate about using my communication, leadership, and innovation skills to create positive social impact and raise awareness about mental health and online safety.
I lead a high-performing, multi-regional team delivering global phishing simulations that strengthen organisational resilience and significantly reduce human cyber risk. I oversee the design and execution of advanced phishing campaigns, translate behavioural data into strategic insights, and drive targeted training that elevates security awareness at scale. By combining leadership, analytics, and real-world threat intelligence, I embed a culture of vigilance and empower thousands of employees worldwide to confidently recognise and report emerging cyber threats.
