Previously I’ve been leading the Corporate Affairs and Sustainability function at Coca-Cola HBC Romania, having extensive experience in regulatory affairs & communication, providing strategic guidance and support to the company, ensuring that it is well-positioned to navigate the complex and ever-evolving business environment, and achieve long-term success. Event Management: Planning and executing events, including product launches, press conferences, and community events. 10. Media Relations: Being spokesperson for the company, participating in public events, managing media inquiries, and overseeing the placement of media content.

Overseeing the implementation of the strategy for the association, including public affairs and communication campaigns. Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders such as government agencies, industry partners, and other trade organizations. Advocating on behalf of the soft-drink industry, promoting its interests and addressing public concerns related to the industry. Overseeing the financial management of the association and ensuring its fiscal health and stability. Coordinating the team of professionals that support the association’s activities and initiatives. With a strong track record in helping clients achieve their business and public affairs objectives, my focus lied in communication and media relations, event management, and corporate social responsibility activities across various industries such as agribusiness, energy, FMCG, and telecom, among others. I also provided government relations services to my clients, ensuring their interests were protected through monitoring, managing, and advising on regulatory and legislative procedures. I represented McGuireWoods in business associations, industry task forces, and professional organizations, working closely with top management to set the company's public communication and marketing agenda. Additionally, as a member of The Romanian Lobbying Registry Association and The Supervisory Committee of the Transparency Register, I advocated for transparency and ethical behavior in lobbying and advocacy activities.
In my role as a Communications and Public Affairs professional, I honed my expertise in media relations and governmental relations services for clients. I established strong relationships with key stakeholders from public institutions, the business community, and the media to provide effective solutions to critical business challenges. When necessary, I acted as a spokesperson for my clients and represented their interests in trade and industry associations, media organizations, and government bodies. Additionally, I represented McGuireWoods in various business associations, industry task forces, and professional organizations. In collaboration with top management, I helped set the company's public communication and marketing agenda.
As an Office Manager, I was responsible for the smooth operation of the organization's administrative functions. This involved planning, organizing, and controlling the clerical aspect of the office, including the preparation, communication, coordination, and storage of data to support daily activities. I also played a role in marketing efforts. In addition, I served as the Project Manager for our office expansion project, overseeing all aspects of the design and construction process from securing the rental space to full implementation. I acted as the liaison between the parent company in the US and local suppliers and contractors. My successful completion of this project, even while juggling other responsibilities, earned me a Spot Award.
As a volunteer with a business consultancy company, I provided support in writing proposals for clients seeking European non-refundable funds to start or expand their businesses. During my time with the company, I worked on various projects such as organizing a training program to enhance entrepreneurship skills in the North-Eastern region of Romania, establishing and supporting the operations of a Local Action Group in Suceava County, and drafting a marketing plan for a Tourist Association to improve the promotion of Suceava County.
As a political consultant at Strategic Thinking Group, I was responsible for providing daily analysis and reaction to the main news and writing speeches, talking points, and other communication materials for clients. I worked closely with political parties, public institutions, trade unions, and private organizations to guide them in their public interactions. I also participated in major projects such as the "Young Family" national education project, counter-campaigns against denigration, and exposing illegal expenditure in the Ministry of Education. The company, founded in 2005, was a leading provider of political and electoral consultancy, offering full services in public communication, political analysis, and public policy.
