- Acted as a product-focused competency lead, successfully designing and executing a comprehensive enablement program to upskill talent. - Develop, motivate, and nurture the next generation of leaders within the organization. - Provide mentorship and career coaching to over 100 Software Engineers, Business Systems Analysts, and Data Analysts. - Design course content and execute programs to enhance software testing competencies. - Led the TeSA Mid-Career Advance (TMCA) Company Led Training (CLT) program, facilitating the hiring and training of mature Singaporean PMETs (Professionals, Managers, Executives, and Technicians) aged 40 and above for meaningful contributions to ICT projects. - Create and promote career development programs for specific job roles in NCS delivery operations. - Recruit fresh graduates and early-career professionals for the Academy program. - Train and enable new talent workforce as they embarked on their career journeys within the organization. - Assess and profile new hires post a five-week training program for effective deployment in organizational projects. - Serve as Program Owner and Trainer for the Business Systems Analyst (BSA) Bootcamp Training program.
• Developed a strategic solution based on the tender requirements with the presales team. Prepared a prototype demo for the tender presentation. Impressed the reviewing committees during the presentation that eventually led to the award of the project. • Project managed the following MS CRM Dynamic projects: • Implement a Portal and Case Management System using MS CRM 2011 Case Management system and eService system for a government agency practising Law (Current project) • Implemented a Portal and Case Management System using MS CRM 2011 for a government agency practising Law (completed in May 2014). The project was successfully completed. However, since Public GO LIVE date for the system was delayed, an agreement was successfully negotiated with the customer on a system commission off on the agreed contractual date. As a result, an addition of SGD$72K of Service Request (SRs) was closed. • Implemented a Case Management System using MS CRM 2011 for government agency. UAT sign off was achieved despite lacking a key lead developer during this critical period. Work recognition for the job well done was given from Business User PM that led to additional SRs worth SGD$370K. • Implemented a disbursement module using MS CRM 2011 and interfaces module to disburse the transaction to the Bank for a government agency. The CFO and the directors were pleased with the new system. Received work recognition for a job well done from the management that led to additional SRs. • Managed the support maintenance team for the following MS CRM Dynamic projects: • Case Management System using MS CRM 4.0 for a Health Care agency • Case Management System using MS CRM 4.0 for a infocomm government agency
• Orchestrated a successful StayinFront Touch CG demo to a FMCG company management team that led to secure a presentation timeslot in their Sales Conference Event. • Planned a StayinFront Touch Consumer Goods (CG) upgrade meeting and demonstrated for a FMCG company. • Negotiated successfully with FMCG company to compensate Stayinfront for a project overrun worth USD$26.5k. • Project managed for the following clients: • (Thailand)- Led and project managed the CRM Stayinfront Consumer Goods project. • (Singapore) – Led and project manager the StayinFront CRM 12 Analytic project. Utilised resources effectively with limited resources by using a SG support resource with a developer in India during UAT period, leading to successful UAT sign off in Sep 2011. They accepted the project deliverables, and offered to showcase Touch at their Sales Conference Oct 2011.
• Led and managed the internal CRM team of 8 consultants across Malaysia and Singapore. • Led a project team of 4 functional consultants for Panasonic Asia’s MS Dynamic CRM 4.0 regional delivery. • Demonstrated systematic and pragmatic approach in working out plan and setting priorities in order to make the most effective use of time, personnel and resources. • Proven delivery in project management and on time quality delivery for a Telco and CG projects. • Received recommendation letter for good performance and service to the company from Arvato system Singapore Pte Ltd, Managing Director, Asia Pacific.
• Led a team of 2 consultants as Project Manager for a medical equipment manufacturer Pivotal CRM systems upgrade • Designed and managed the entire Pivotal CRM systems framework for upgrade • Helped secure sales contract of S$1.5 million with a Singapore publishing company. • Led the development team as Solution Architect for the successful deployment of their CRM solution AWARD • Fujitsu Enterprise Solution Business Group (ESBG) Team Recognition FY07 for successful implementation of the Publishing Company Marketing Customer Management System Project.
