- Design and deliver scalable customer education programmes, including live webinars, training sessions, and on-demand learning content in French and English - Develop multi-format educational content (webinar decks, talk tracks, video tutorials, and case studies) to support product adoption and customer success - Leverage AI tools (e.g. video generation platforms) to streamline content production and scale training delivery - Translate complex product features into clear, structured learning experiences tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences - Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Support, and Customer Success teams to align training content with customer needs and product updates - Monitor training performance through attendance tracking and feedback analysis, continuously improving content relevance and engagement - Produce customer-facing success stories and best practices to showcase platform value and drive adoption - Support enterprise clients in optimising their digital presence and local SEO strategy, leveraging expertise in listings, search, and online visibility
- Deliver monthly webinars and trainings in French and English for key enterprise clients - Create and maintain webinar content and client-facing resources in collaboration with internal teams - Act as the primary technical point of contact, resolving platform issues and client-specific requests via tickets, email, and one-to-one calls - Lead client onboarding kick-off calls, gathering requirements and aligning on needs - Provide expert guidance on platform best practices, SEO optimisation, and publisher operations - Partner with Customer Success, Support and specialised teams to deliver tailored, high-impact solutions
