After building a services business from scratch we recognized that there are no resources to guide tech services startups through their journey from $0-$10 million in revenue the same way there are for product startups. We, the founding team of Flux7, are now building Vixul as an accelerator modeled after Y Combinator to build that ecosystem.
Navigated the Flux7 team through the integration under the uncertainty of COVID. Building up the leadership of the team, to ensure it is ready for the growth challenges ahead.
I and my co-founder Aater Suleman bootstrapped Flux7 Labs as a services company until its acquisition in December 2019 by NTT Data Services. Flux7 Labs expressed our belief in using technology to save humans from doing mundane tasks by helping engineers being more effective and productive. This includes developing better workflows based on lean thinking, automating maintenance tasks, making systems self-service, etc. To best serve our customers we have built a strong partner network in particular with Amazon Web Services, Docker, Hashicorp, SHI. Over this journey we have received many accolades including being in Austin Fast 50, Best AWS Consulting Partner by Tech Target, Inc 5000, CRN 250.
Worked on validation, functional simulators, and performance modeling.
