About

I’m a policy and development professional working at the intersection of evidence, implementation, and policy to improve outcomes for vulnerable children and their caregivers. At Innovations for Poverty Action (IPA), I lead and support partnerships with implementing organizations, governments, and research institutions to generate and use evidence that strengthens programs, informs policy, and supports scale, with a focus on early childhood development and two-generation approaches in displacement contexts. My work spans policy engagement, partnership development, and stakeholder management. With over seven years of experience in the humanitarian and development sector, I bring a strong foundation in project management, operations, and program analysis, complemented by an MBA in Project Management and PMP certification. I’m particularly interested in advancing evidence-informed decision-making, cross-sector collaboration, and systems-level change that better respond to the needs of vulnerable populations.
