Intrigued with the dynamic world of Law and Electoral Politics, and driven by the passion to dive deeper into the Legal Fields of Alternative Dispute Resolution, I am Ali Murtuza Moosvi, a Fourth – Year Law Student from Kirit P. Mehta School of Law, NMIMS Mumbai, holding comprehensive understanding and great intrigue in the diverse facets of Litigation and Arbitration, along with keen interest in unraveling the myriad facets of Public Policy and Politics. Besides being a Psephology enthusiast, I have extensive experience in researching and reporting on the intersection of Law and Governance in India and have previously collaborated, interacted, and worked with distinguished Legislators, Parliamentarians, and Policy Experts to further my understanding of the same. With the aim to explore the bridge of Arbitration and Mediation for Dispute Resolution and decluttering the plethora of facets of Commercial Litigation, along with my particular interest in the subjects of Constitutional and Administrative Law, I'm always looking forward to connections, collaborations, and conclaves to learn and share diverse opinions and understandings!
• Attended and Assisted the Seniors at the Hon’ble Bombay High Court, Securities Appellate Tribunal, NCLT Mumbai, and Arbitration Sessions. • Researched on matters pertaining to RERA’2016, IBC’2016 and CA’2013. • Attended and Prepared notes of Conferences and Arbitration Sessions. • Worked on Matters pertaining to SEBI Guidelines, RBI Notifications and Judicial precedents in Arbitration Matters.
• Attended and Assisted the Seniors at the High Court of Telangana, NCLT Hyderabad, Ranga Reddy District Court and other Arbitration Sessions. • Researched and worked on matters pertaining to Administrative Law, Legislative Powers and Writ Applications. • Assisted and Aided in Arbitration Matters and researched on Judicial Precedents in Foreign Arbitral Awards. • Researched on matters pertaining to RBI Guidelines, IBC’2016, CA’2013 and ICA’1872. • Worked on Telangana Land Revenue Act, TLEA’1905 and other disputes pertaining to Land Allocation Rights and Tenancy Rights.
• Researched and Aided the Senior in matters pertaining to IEA’2003, CERC Tariff Regulations’2003 & other DISCOM Contract Matters. • Worked and Researched on Consumer Protect Act’2019 and CCPA Matters along with disputes pertaining to, RERA’2016 and Maharashtra Housing & Area Development Act (1976). • Assisted and Aided the Seniors in Trial Court and High Court Matters and Arbitration Proceedings, and researched on matters pertaining to diverse areas – ACA’1996, RBI Guidelines, SEBI Regulations etc. • Researched and Aided the Senior in matters pertaining to IBC’2016, CA’2013 and IRDA’1999.
