Currently, I serve as a Laboratory Specialist Supervisor at Smou Care Laboratory, where I oversee the implementation of policies and procedures aligned with Ministry of Health standards. My role involves enhancing workflow efficiency, coordinating staff, and ensuring the highest standards of accuracy and reliability in all laboratory processes. My journey in the medical laboratory field has been shaped by diverse experiences across various laboratory departments, where I’ve developed a keen eye for detail and a passion for quality control. My professional experience includes valuable roles at Alhammadi Hospital and AlAbeer Complex in Riyadh, where I honed my skills in phlebotomy, chemistry, and parasitology. With a Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology from Jazan University, I am committed to advancing my knowledge and staying updated with the latest developments in the field. My strengths lie in analytical thinking, problem-solving, and collaboration, which I believe are critical to achieving excellence in laboratory services and ultimately improving patient outcomes
