Stakeholder/Client Engagement - interpret business and requirements to guide and implement a staffing process to promote an optimal mix of internal and external talent. Candidate Experience - ensure candidates are engaged in and satisfied throughout the recruitment process, helping them prepare for each phase. Identify approaches to enhance the candidate experience throughout hiring plans. Talent Sourcing - understand talent markets and relationships with talent pools and communities to identify, secure and develop candidates for immediate and near-term talent needs. Identify unique and non-traditional talent sources, and develop a pipeline that generates the candidates needed to meet the future talent needs of the business. Candidate Assessment & Screening - bring the candidate through the interview and closing processes, working in collaboration with other teams. Conduct the initial screening and assessment process, qualify talent pools by assessing factors such as ability to hire, relocation considerations, immigration and compensation. Data Analysis & Hiring Plans - review relevant data and market research to identify current and future talent needs. Consult with the business to recommend and implement a hiring plan, addressing talent availability and demand. • iCIMs management – MEA offer approvals , profiling of offers and scheduling requests across MEA, HR4HR role and offer management • manage the audit tracker for MEA, translate the data into meaningful information and share with management • Guide suggest the management to make helpful policy changes based on the data and facts • Manage the background check across MEA through Hire Right • Provide operational support to the staffing consultants and hiring managers throughout the recruitment life cycle. • Requisition management: Submits the requisition request for the hiring manager. • Open requisitions against PCNs / ROPs, edit / move requisitions as per the changes in job. • Manage and audit job positing and update the job features (HeadTrax and job descriptions). • Closure of requisitions once the requisition is filled. • Create candidate’s profiles on recruitment tool when required. • Link candidates (internal / external) with the requisitions and update their status from resume review to Hire Candidate / Data Transfer. • Create offers on E Req / iCIMs and upload offer acceptance. • Schedule the interview and manage the feedback by creating and sharing feedback links via Rec-Web / iCIMs. • Managing the open requisitions age by continuous follow up with the consultants.
• Recruitment and Selection - Assisting in the smooth running of the recruitment process, proofing job descriptions and placing adverts, monitoring the HR inbox, being the first point of contact for applicant queries internal and external, logging job applications, arranging, conducting competency based interviews, screening applicants, head hunting, preparing and issuing offer letters, completing the documentation for visa processing, conducting follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting, liaise with external agencies for job advertisements • On boarding and mobilization - Coordination with the PRO for complete legal documentation, supervising the ticketing, coordinating with the camp boss for accommodation arrangement and organizing the induction process for new staff • Providing professional and customer service focused HR administrative support to all departments, assisting with redeployment, redundancies and end of contracts • Coordinating performance reviews, monitoring probation confirmations and monitoring employee development • Workplace Environment (disciplinaries, grievances and overseas travel) • Leave management (annual, sick, maternity, compensation leaves) • Managing Exit procedure (Final settlement, exit interviews and feedback, IT deactivation) • Salary Benchmarking (comparing internal and external salaries, analysing, reporting and providing recommendations) • Retention and Succession planning • KPI and Business reporting • Maintenance of personnel records on HR database • Involved in setting up procedures for HR with regular updates in policies
Recruitment: Implement effective recruitment strategies to attract, screen, recruit and select candidates. Draft and place recruitment ads in various local and international mediums to source potential candidates. Actively involved in the complete life cycle of recruitment process. Performance Management: Assist HR Manager in performance management process through setting KPIs for each department, team and individuals and conducting annual appraisals linking the rewards to set targets. Compensation & Benefits: Creating job descriptions and updating them to reflect company structure. Reviewing rewards programs through job evaluation and grading to ensure consistency within departments. HR Policy: Assisting in implementing HR policies and guidelines and ensuring compliance with corporate strategy, culture and UAE Labour law. Employee Relations: Serve as a link between management and staff by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related conflicts Budgeting: Assist HR Manager in preparing manpower budget and updating resource allocations. Payroll: Prepare process and distribute payroll. Maintain payroll related reports like annual leave reports, overtime sheets, additions and deduction reports. Onboarding & Induction: Ensure smooth onboarding and induction process for all new joiners (offer letter, confidentially agreement, IT activation and enrollment in company medical insurance policy) to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives. Medical and Life Insurance: Coordination with insurance companies for medical and life insurance. Probation confirmation: Prepare and roll out probation confirmation forms, coordinate with head of the departments following the deadlines and prepare confirmation letters. Exit Procedure: Update records for the resigned staff, conduct exit interview, process final settlement and coordinate with other departments for clearance.

Handle client grievances issues and provide appropriate guidance to line managers for efficient & satisfactory resolution of the same in line with policies procedures and undertake suitable measures to aid retention. Manage VMS for the branch offices.
