• Drive the Performance strategy across all touchpoints such as paid search, paid social, display and SEO • Work on a very challenging performance driven account across different performance channels with a lot of diversified KPIs ranging from Brand Equity, Website Traffic to App Installs, E-commerce and Conversion campaigns • Work with the data science team to develop reporting automation through Salesforce Datorama and Google Data Studio • Oversee a team of performance specialists and ensuring best in class campaign setup, optimization and reporting • Collaborate with Tech team to implement & troubleshoot website tagging structures • Manage relationship with vendors (Facebook, Google...), marketing partners (Adjust, Scibids...) and internal stakeholders
• Driving the operative management of channels like paid search, social ads and Amazon Ads. • Lead a team of performance specialists and work closely with them to ensure strategies are in line. • Perform account audits to ensure proper technical implementation and performance optimization is being applied. • Lead on performance pitches, business development and setting up training programs for clients. • Provide guidelines, best practices and time allocation for all team members. • Identify opportunity areas for growth and develop optimization framework. • Communicate learnings and insights learned through campaigns across the company. • Collaborate with the client team to ensure smooth communication.

• Accountable for the campaign implementation and management for the media buying of Yasmina.com and 3a2ilati.com (300K$ + per year) over all major networks • Planning, setting-up and monitoring of the campaigns in Arabic, English and French in coordination with the creative and technical departments • Responsible of weekly and monthly performance reporting and recommendations based on traffic evolution • Implementation of InHouse Digital Advertising campaigns for cross promotion of different platforms
