Delivering resources to internal and external teams. - Managing multiple briefings across different categories in projects. - Ensuring compliance with all company policies and external regulatory bodies while meeting standards. - Assigning projects to the IT team and monitoring software processes. - Managing all budgets for Creative Production. Estimating, negotiating, and agreeing on budget and timelines with internal and external stakeholders. - Segmenting new and lost customer segments and project planning. - Monitoring budgets for the creative team - Ensuring the creative team works effectively, meets deadlines, and achieves business objectives.
