Working with client landlords, both new to the lettings market and existing experienced landlords, to find high quality tenants to fit their requirements for the owner occupied and investment properties. Liaising with a wide range of relocation and search agents to find the best match in a property for their clients. Sourcing excellent properties of varying sizes throughout a large area in South Oxfordshire and on the Buckinghamshire and Berkshire borders, to suit a diverse range of prospective tenants. Assisted the lender clients with recovering assets from a variety of businesses -hands on team work in often stressful circumstances dealing with close-down of premises, recovery of assets, leases, redundancies and all formal communications with creditors. Detailed procedural work to closure stage with Companies House, in addition to assisting with pitches and proposals.
