Experienced Senior Production Engineer skilled in Petroleum, Product Optimization, Reservoir Engineering, Oil & Gas, and Commissioning. Strong operations professional with a Master's degree focused in Petroleum Engineering from Heriot-Watt University.
*Prepare different programs for service rigs activities (completion, re-completion repair, water shut off, ESP repairs and change, production logging survey). *Evaluate service rig activities and prepare programs to fix well bore problem and restore production. *Monitor well performance and look for opportunity to increase oil production rate through ESP speed up, fixing well problem, water shut off and re-completion. *Provide additional technical guidance and job skills training to National Production Engineering staff at the day-to-day operational level.
*Monitor well performance and look for opportunity to increase oil production rate through ESP speed up, fixing well problem, water shut off and re-completion. *Assist the Production group through regular inspections of field equipment and operations. *Perform initial cost estimates, and supplements if required, cost studies, cost control activities related to workover.
*Managing and executing all completion operations in a safe manner and in according with EH&S procedures and policies. *Supervise and co-ordinate with contractor Companies to accomplish the tasks of the completion programs effectively. *Monitor costs of well projects as estimated by production group and mange costs of labour personnel associated with the project and authorize their tickets. *Assist in job planning for upcoming well service work over. *Prepare variety of daily reports of Rig activities. *Insures that all on the job safety requirements are up held.
*Work on rigs in running and pulling all kinds & sizes of ESP’s and prepare reports on work done *Uploading and downloading readings and set points of ESP drives and multi -sensors surface panel *Commissioning ESP drives and testing their functions *Install and repair down hole multi-sensors including surface panels
*Help students understand petroleum engineering subjects *Oversee petroleum engineering labs *Run technical seminars as required
