My journey in the retail, sales, and marketing realms has been quite a ride! At Panda Retail Company, as the Head of Retail Development, I spearheaded both offline and online marketing strategies while also handling supplier relationships and contracts as the Head of Supplier Management. It was all about surpassing targets and pioneering new initiatives like the Panda delivery app. My stint at Saudia Dairy and Foodstuff Company (SADAFCO) as the Local Account Channel Manager and at Berain Water Company as the National Key Accounts Manager further honed my knack for managing key accounts, negotiating contracts, and driving sales growth. Oh, and let's not forget my time at Red Bull, where I learned the ins and outs of sales management, merchandising, and marketing leadership. It's been a journey marked by strategic planning, innovative initiatives, and tangible results that have contributed to the success of the organizations I've been a part of.

Responsible for other income revenue from spaces and media elements: 1. Floor display and Gondolas (off shelf display) to enhance the off take based on customer behavior by store and category. 2. In-store activity: offline media selling activity across all stores (Gondola, Displays, Branding … etc). 3. Panda application: Online activity thru the application to enhance the visibility of the brands for our partners. 4. Indirect activity: Third party and agencies trade marketing activities. 5. Data Center: data sharing department responsible for the contribution of each category & CRM & shopper behavior. 6. Sublease: Non Selling area monetization (Banks, Cafes, Semi government, Insurance, telecommunication … etc) as part of the real state leasing. 7. Sponsorship department: partnership engagement to enhance the brand equity and customers interaction ( Saudi tourism Authority, Ministry of Sports, Saudi Motor sports company, SAGP 🏎️, Benchmark, ministry of Alhajj, 4M group … etc ).
