Liquefaction , Storage & loading units Focal point: o Provide technological advice in support of operations & engineering, process engineering input for improvements to the existing process design. Also provide input to relevant reviews like HZOP,RCA and IPF/SIL. o Monitor, develop and counseled improvement in efficiency, reliability and safety. o Provide support to junior college. HSSE CF focal point: o Pioneered and developed OLNG Bow-Tie/LOPA analysis. o Led, formulated, supervise and guide the Equipment documentation process. o Developed operating limit excursion tools PI Super User Focal Point: o Maintain the system operability and performance and liaise with IT in case of technical issues. o Control Process tags and counsel the tag scan rate. o Provide support to technical users. Benchmarking Focal Point (2010 & 2011): o Led, harmonized, analyzed and deliver the multi-disciplinary input (HR,OPS, Finance, HSE) to the service provider. o Interpreted, Summarized presented the identified gaps to pacesetters to management.
Contributed, Developed and Presented to plant manager trouble shooting and analysis of HX E-1454 failure. Developed the new design cases of E-1452/53/54 reveamp and proved the base design case was not correct governing cases.) Developed many Plant changes Had three months Assignment in the operation department as field operator (got familiarize with plant, equipment, process and utilities ) PI Super user focal point.
