Project: West Qurna 2 oilfield Client: LUKOIL Mid-East Ltd. Responsibilities: ▪ Inspect materials, fabrication products, and maintenance repair works in-progress. ▪ Set up and calibrate non-destructive testing equipment. ▪ Conduct inspections (risk-based inspections, new constructions and corrective maintenance Inspections) to ensure quality or detect discontinuities using NDT methods of inspection. ▪ Establish techniques for proper examination of objects under inspection, ensuring strict adherence to safety regulations. ▪ Apply testing criteria in accordance with applicable specifications or standards and evaluate results. ▪ Arrange and contribute in API inspections (Internal/External inspections of Piping, Pressure Vessels, and Tanks) as an NDT examiner with authorized API inspector. ▪ Organize and report test results. ▪ Instruct and supervise others as needed.
Project: ENI/ZFOD - Hammar IPF, DGS2 Responsibilities: • Coordination and document control of Work Orders and CMMS Notifications (Preventive Maintenance PM/Corrective Maintenance CM) and preparation of related PTW. • Preparation and/or reviewing Technical Specifications, Method Statements or Procedures for the equipment to be maintained (ANSI/ASME B31.1 and 31.3, ASME VIII, ASME V, API 577, API 570, API 510, API 650, API 620, API 576 codes, etc.). • Typical PM jobs: piping, pressure vessels/separators, above ground tanks, heat exchangers, distillation/absorption columns, oil heaters, manual valves/DBB/PSV/PRV/PVSV/SDV/steam traps, and filters/strainers. • Typical CM jobs: leak-sealing (piping/vessels/weldments), pipe spool replacement, tank vessel repairing, steam traps replacement, heaters/heat exchangers unplugging and leakage sealing. Oil/Gas/Water Injection Wells CM jobs: Pipeline leak-sealing, pipeline spool replacement, BOP, Christmas Tree Manifold Valves, Chock Valves, etc. • Daily maintenance routine attendance for each field work involved a safety and technical TBT with the technicians.
Project: Port Sector Rehabilitation Project II - P4A - Berth Extension/Service Berth Client: Mitsubishi, Nippon Koei Responsibilities: ▪ Analyze, interpret, and implement client approved project documents for project’s onshore and offshore phases of construction. ▪ Review and revise design datasheets and technical drawings as per client’s comments. ▪ Manage field and mechanical workshop activities (solving technical problems, fabrication, piping erection, materials handling, drafting method statements and procedures for client’s approval). ▪ Conducting preliminary site inspections (materials receiving inspections, welding joints preparation, welding fit-ups, inspection and testing coordination as per approved ITPs). ▪ Preparing daily construction progress reports, welding technical reports, RFIs, hot and cold PTWs and material requestions as per client approved detailed-design documents and project’s approved formats. ▪ Coordination between QA/QC department and 3rd party inspection teams. ▪ Hold-point for all project’s inspection, repair, and testing activities (applicable codes and standards AWS, JIS, ASME, ASTM, AWWA, ISO). ▪ Projects machinery management and control (lifting equipment and all lifting machinery inspections as per ASME B30.10 and project’s other applicable codes). ▪ Site safety control (daily TBT meetings and closing QC and HSE NCRs).
