In my first job as a network specialist I learned many skills in a very short period of time, starting from how to assemble the RJ45 and how to use the testing tools all the way to how to install a switch in the access switches cabinet And also one of my responsibilities was to receive tickets and contact the user and solve their problems ASAP Because the university has over 50,000 users I was receiving all kind of calls and all kind of problems and that was really helpful to be faced with new problems every time. I’m proud that I was part of the KSU networking team it was a short time but I learned a lot.
