Engage in the capturing of personal data, finger prints for the purpose of enlistment & generation of BVN. used for opening of Bank accounts & Digital financial accounts by Fintechs in under Banked sub-urban area for onward transmission to Lukeport (partner to Nigeria Interbank Security System NIBSS.)office at Illupeju, Lagos. I have enlisted 12 persons so far & still counting
I issue & register customer's new Sim Cards with over 40 active sims presently registered & onboarded unto the network,Reactivation of Blocked Sim Cards,Sales of e- Airtime, Itel it 2163 & 2165 Phones(sold 3 presently),Modems,Routers, wifi,mifi (due to being blocked as a result of not linking up to NIN. after deadline), Sim Swap Services, etc.I completed a 2 hours training on Fri. 30/04/2024 on the use of Technocrat Optical Biometric Scanner Device for Fingerprint,NIN. authentication & new Sim Cards Registration under the tutorship of Mr. Abdulganiu O. Agbaje a Pentagon Partner and ex Financial Controller at MTN, Lagos, Nigeria.I undertook a further 5Hrs. intensive training with both types of Biometric fingerprint scanners in use on Thursday 09-05-2024 with further 3Hrs. on Fri.31-05-2024, also by Mr.Abdulganiu O Agbaje & Mrs. Shakirat Agbaje.
I help enroll customers on the E(electronic)-Digital Banking Plartform with opening of Opay Digital Accounts, Transfer, lodgment & withdrawal of cash deposits/(ATM Card enabled) into & out of their various wallets,Reopening/Reactivation of locked/blocked existing accounts(over 50 clients),Linking of apps to new debit cards for over 20 clients) & e-Banking support services for the under banked purpulace in my locality which is grossly under banked in line with Central Bank of Nigeria policy on Digital Banking availability to all citizenry particularly in the under banked interlands.I have opened this e-accounts for over 149 persons in presently & going strong by our Lord's grace dipite prevailing technical challenges such as network speed, downtimes etc.Ounce in a while i assist the unlettered client who are unable to understand the running of their apps or unable to receive alerts after transactions(over 123 persons).I have equally helped 5 persons get their complaints as regards failed transactions & 3 persons find out the source of unauthorized transfers from their accounts.
