Validating contractor’s estimates to ensure the direct man-hours estimated corresponded with the direct man-hours in the Primavera 6 schedule. Entering project work packages activity step-outs into the schedule and making the necessary logic ties for multiple skill trades.

Developed accurate project cost and constructability estimates while managing on-site contractor activities, including earth moving, concrete, structural steel, piping, pumps, and equipment setting Provided direct oversight for 7 primary discipline contractors, 10 specialty contractors, 620 direct hires, 300 indirect hires, and various Union and Non-Union contractors for a $600M project. Became adequate in Primavera P6 Enterprise and gained experience in creating, managing, and maintaining project schedules and in Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) development.
