• Managed cross-functional project teams of 15+ people both internally and externally, across various different time zones in the US, Europe and Asia to support monthly Go-lives of new robotics implementation projects in Europe • Supported hiring and grew the 6RS European Technical Operations team to ten people, with dedicated roles in Reliability, Configuration, and Deployment Engineering, where three Deployment Engineers directly reported to me • Drove continuous improvement projects to support the scale-up of 6RS as a company, where the goal was to increase the number of implementations while keeping the current headcount
• Relocated from the US to Germany as the first employee from the Technical Operations team to support 6RS European expansion • Led the implementation for all European robotic projects from contract signature to go-live, with total contract value of up to $2+ Million and 60+ Autonomous Mobile Robots per client site • Supported 6RS European clients with Hardware and Software Reliability support, both remotely and on-site
• Led the implementation of automation solutions including mobile robots, software, and auxiliary hardware in warehouses and distribution centers • Conducted on-site integration and test activities to enable successful system go-live, and evaluated post-go-live performance metrics • Joined as employee #60 and was part of the Shopify acquisition in October 2019
• Interfaced directly with Mechanical & Electrical Engineers as well as Software Developers to build, test, and improve Amazon Sparrow, Amazon’s item-picking robot launched in 2022 • Analyzed test data to recommend and implement improvements. • Prepared hardware for experiments and testing routines.
• Using SolidWorks, I utilized my proficiency in CAD software to create highly accurate and detailed 3D parts, assemblies, and drawings. • Collaborating closely with the design team, I contributed to the development of innovative and functional Red Dot Sight designs, ensuring they met the company's standards and customer requirements. • Applied GD&T principles to the design and manufacturing processes of Red Dot Sights. This experience allowed me to accurately define and communicate the required dimensions, tolerances, and geometric controls, ensuring the precise and efficient production of the Red Dot Sights.
