A project supervisor for the European Young Ambassador Programme. It involves leading a group of sports-minded individuals to create online content for young athletes. My group of international supervisees make podcasts about different sports related topics like mental health, success, training, motivation, etc. Furthermore, me and my group will also go to Vuokatti, Finland for the Winter European Youth Olympic Festival in March 2022, Banska Bystrica, Slovakia in July 2022 and Friuli Venezia Giulia, Italy in January 2023. The role is different at the actual venue. Our incentive is to educate and motivate young athletes to understand Olympic Values and the implications of being a professional athlete. Another aspect of this role has been interviewing people for the position of a Young Ambassador. I interviewed 20 people for the role and successfully selected valuable members into the team.

As an assistant tournament director for two consecutive WTT W40 tennis tournaments, I had a myriad of responsibilities. I had to make sure that every aspect of the tournament functioned well. Over the 2 weeks, we hosted over 70 players from 31 countries. I was always the first person to arrive at the venue and the last person to leave. My responsibilities included: transport, volunteers, scheduling, catering, practice courts, ball management, spectator management and all problem-solving at all and every scale. The two tournaments were very successful and the organisation was exceptional. We were very pleased to hear positive comments from the players and their teams and overall everyone who was involved. It was a great, yet challenging experience.
