Assisted the conceptualization of the property architectural and interior design and managed the construction of a 69,000 sqm property until the turnover. Owner Representative for Oakwood Premier Joy~ Nostalg Center Manila to ensure Oakwood delivers the highest profitability. Oversee the overall operations of Crystal Jade Restaurant in the Philippines under franchise license agreement out of Singapore.
Managed Joy-Nostalg Center leased office floors owned by CFIC and ensure the highest return. Owner representative for 180-work stations/offices of Regus Office partnership located at Joy~Nostalg Center. Attained 90% occupancy on all leased office floors.
