1-Operational Tasks Provide technical support and manage technical requests from Airlines/MRO and ATR Internal Customers related to spares material and interchangeabilities; Ensure spares selections and recommendation for structural parts; Manage interchangeability between various parts in compliance with airworthiness, safety and certification rules; Manage all non-conformity in case of customer claims; Contribution to the continuous improvement of existing processes; Contribute to transverse project developments or services aiming to improve customer satisfaction; Act as technical interface focal point between Customer Support and ATR Partner 2-Transversal Tasks Management of subcontractor Team (Invoicing, Weekly Meetings; Work orders); Focal point for Customer Support department of ATR transversal Programs (STOL, NEMESI, Freighter) 3-Team Management Manage the Workload and dispatch the activities within the group according to operational priorities; Manage new way of Working (Tools, Methods, Processes, Lesson Learnt); Follow-up KPI’s and Dashboards.
Training of junior and senior profiles on structural analysis (classical hand calculations, Hyper mesh, Patran); Planning and scheduling of project activities providing status updates to management and customer; Leading of a geographically distributed team; Check deliverables; cost estimate of new activities.
FEM model creation (2D and 3D) and post-processing. Static linear and modal analyses; Creations of several spreadsheets to perform Analytical calculation automatically; Evaluation of customer requirement; Certification Dossier.
Fatigue and Damage Tolerance: Analysis of several junctions of the Gantry 4; Implementation of stress calculation and data management tools in VBA for Excel. Static stress calculation on the A350-XWB-900 Center Wing Box Metallic Items; Member of the Task Force organized to solve some problems on some components of the Centre Wing Box: Fatigue Analysis of Internal Frames; Certification Dossier.
Development of the tools to support the new process of “Planning & Scheduling”.
Maintenance Planning, Improvement of the equipment and installation of new Machines; Collaboration at - Kaizen project - to improve the efficiency of a production line; Manage & analysis call for tenders related to the purchase of mechanical components.
