❖ Lead incident investigations and perform root cause failure analysis for incidents with a suspected Mechanical Integrity/Quality Assurance cause. ❖ Supporting the product lines/operation departments Strategic Business Objectives. ❖ Provide technical expertise on all matters of quality and reliability engineering, assessment and monitoring for all process equipment for each operation department. ❖ Member of Operation Safety and Quality Management Committee, with primary focus in Safety, Service Quality and Quality Assurance (QA). Follow up on action items related to audits and MIQA activities. ❖ Assist Operation Management to prepare and conduct internal and external quality audits. ❖ Collaborates with operations management to provide technical support for QA/QC, installation, and start-up of all new critical equipment, facilities and work process arrangement. ❖ Build and nurture relationships between Operations and QHSSE Department.
❖ Lead incident investigations and perform root cause failure analysis for incidents with a suspected Mechanical Integrity/Quality Assurance cause. ❖ Provide technical expertise on all matters of reliability engineering for both operation regional base/office. ❖ Implement identified reliability improvement projects and other assigned equipment/site improvement projects from conception through start-up while following and completing site Management of Change procedures. ❖ Take a visible role in HSSE and Safety Leadership. This includes activities such as attendance and participation at the weekly safety meeting. Periodic job site and shop safety walkthroughs, contacts and participation in the STOP Card program. ❖ Provide HSE management technical expertise on Incident investigation as required. ❖ Support the operations R&M management to gain R&M quality performance, implement best practices and lesson learned to achieve Company’s Operational Excellence programs. ❖ Provide technical assistance to the maintenance supervisors in the repair and improvement of all process equipment, support maintenance managers/supervisors to develop and improve maintenance procedures for repair of equipment.

This includes activities such as Lost Prevention Team member, attendance and participation at the regular safety meeting and hazardous/near missed circumstances. ❖ Support the operations R&M management to gain R&M quality performance, actively produce and share with others the best practice, implement best practices and lessons learned to achieve good quality equipment maintenance and operation excellence execution. ❖ Proactive in technical incident investigations and perform root cause failure analysis for incidents with a suspected Technical Quality Service/Quality Assurance cause. ❖ Set up remote/mobile Repair and Maintenance Lab for remote location operations.
