I'm a physics student in my final year at the University of Ljubljana. I have a passion for learning and challenging myself. I am currently working as a Junior Software Engineer at Bitstamp by Robinhood and I have previous experience in various fields such as tourism, sales, retail and education, but my strength lies in my ability to connect with others. Outside of my studies and work, you can find me exercising, climbing, taking photos, reading, or coding. My (not so) secret obsession is playing board games. I provided technical support to Bitstamp clients, helping them resolve issues quickly and efficiently. This includes: -Troubleshooting platform incidents and reproducing issues -Testing FIX, REST and Websocket APIs with Postman, -Reviewing logs with AWS Kibana, Opensearch Dashboards -SQL analysis of Bitstamp's database and monitoring with Grafana dashboards -Helping users understand Bitstamp’s suite of crypto trading products. -Writing python automation scripts -Communicating issues with other technical and non-technical teams My focus is on ensuring a smooth, transparent, and reliable client experience.
As a Service Delivery Specialist at Bitstamp, I coordinated incident management and reporting processes, ensuring effective communication between technical and non-technical teams. I tracked and analyzed incidents, supported root cause analysis (RCA) efforts, and helped define technical ownership across more than 300 services. I also worked with the legal team to align vendor data retention policies with regulatory requirements and collaborated with Bitstamp’s custodian provider to enhance operational performance and I helped improve the company’s standing in crypto exchange rankings.
