I led the transformation of Hotwire’s UK marketing services proposition, partnering with global leadership peers to redefine and align a unified, scalable offering across markets. This included integrating teams, tools, technologies and processes to support a cohesive global model, culminating in the successful relaunch of the UK and Singapore businesses under the ROIDNA brand. Working with the Hotwire Labs team we drove market leading innovation within the ABM proposition by incorporating AI to enhance efficiency, reduce costs and enable true personalisation at scale for enterprise clients.
I am responsible for building Hotwire’s Marketing Services proposition to deliver ever more relevance to clients, to innovate and evolve in a dynamic market environment and drive excellence in our Marketing Services practice. I work closely with my counterparts in North America and Asia to develop multi-market growth, align our service offering and deliver scalability and consistency to our global client base.
