Client-side Project Lead on a number of large-scale, complex infrastructure projects, including the $194m Coffs Harbour Hospital Expansion and $79m Macksville Hospital Development projects concurrently. Responsibilities included overseeing all aspects of the design, contractor procurement, and construction phases and being the Principal’s Authorised Person for various Construction Management and Design Finalisation & Construction contracts. Alongside project delivery, other responsibilities included ensuring accurate and timely project governance, executive reporting, and managing a team of reports.
Client Side Project Management role, delivering projects throughout all phases, including design, construction and commissioning of various rail infrastructure and health projects. In 2015, Appian Group joined PwC Australia’s Capital Projects business.
