Continue to drive the Marketing side, at the same time as expanding to driving the Consumer Product aspect: - Own full P&L for the Consumer Products (oral care lines) business, driving revenue growth and profit optimization. - Lead pricing strategy, promotions planning, and marketing execution across all product lines. - Oversee DTC commercial operations across brand website, eCommerce, and social commerce, including logistics, consumer engagement, and partner management. - Collaborate with Regional teams on demand planning, product launches, forecasting, and business reporting.
- Lead all marketing initiatives across online and offline channels, covering branding, lead generation, brand partnership and full-funnel optimization, on data-driven manner - Partner closely with Sales to enhance revenue through channel performance insights and promotion strategy. - Coordinate and make recommendations in strategic partnerships & co-marketing initiatives focused on mutual value and measurable business impact. - Collaborate with Regional cross-functional teams and the local team to plan and execute both regional and locally led campaigns.
- Lead full-funnel digital marketing across mobile app, social, paid media, SEO, CRM, affiliates, and partnerships - Oversee data tracking and attribution for website (GA) and mobile app (MMP), including flow mapping and tagging. - Drive demand generation, acquisition, promotions, and customer engagement campaigns end-to-end. - Analyze campaign performance and deliver actionable insights to improve ROI. - Initiate and manage cross-functional collaboration with Product, Tech, and Legal to streamline operations.
- Lead Marketing team including 360 marketing activities, Digital and In-store execution - In charge of Marketing plan & monthly activities and ensure KPIs are delivered in compliance with business operations - Manage & monitor marketing budget in liaise with marketing team & finance team - Marketing performance reports to management at local & regional level
- Coordinate in annual Integrated Marketing planning with quarterly & monthly budget monitoring - Participate in key marketing execution & performance report to regional level - Develop digital strategy for Vietnam in line with regional direction - Develop & make deals for e-partnership with key accounts to develop online sales channels - Digital media and content planning & execution in cooperation with internal team & agencies for campaigns and always-on base - Manage & collaborate in brand website SEO optimization, SEM planning & buying, Social media planning & execution, plus other media channels execution. - Collaborate with regional digital team in managing website content, Rating & reviews, product content. - Implement regional initiatives in digital infrastructure for in-store and brand platforms
Client service: - Manage team (account/content) and coordinate in high-level digital strategy. - Plan, propose & buy digital media. - Cooperate with creative & developer team in UI/UX design (for website & apps). Content: - Control content output quality. - Train content team for strategic & content skills in terms of content creation and SEO/SEM standard. - Update digital trend including new technology: hi-tech, social media and advertising updates.
