As a highly curious and adaptable professional, I have had the opportunity to work in various industries and develop a range of skills. However, two areas where I excel and am particularly passionate about are research and problem solving. During the pandemic, I was determined to help find solutions to the challenges faced by the aging services industry. With a significant portion of the aging population relying on government services for survival, it was crucial to quickly adapt and provide efficient solutions to ensure the safety and well-being of these individuals. I took on several projects to address these needs, including developing a successful senior tech education program and virtual senior center to help seniors stay connected, creating processes and data sets to track the physical and mental state of clients, and analyzing meal delivery processes to reduce waste and ensure that seniors had access to food. I have had numerous opportunities to leverage my skill in data analytics and technology to assist leadership in solving complex problems. These projects in the aging services industry, however, are the ones I am most proud of.
