o Supported site manager by communicating with tradespeople and inspectors for new build homes in development in Surprise AZ. Responsibilities included: spraying polyurethane foam to seal the homes and to protect fire hazards, as well as installing nail plates and staples, showing model homes to potential buyers, comparing blueprints to framing to ensure quality construction. o Participated in the Meritage Homes Summer Intern Learning Series, with exposure to CEO, CFO, construction divisional meetings and Q2 earnings call. o Delivered Internship Capstone Presentation on Construction/Sales Improvements o Volunteered at “No Child Hungry” charity event, packing food for families.
o Customer Service: Loaded bags of mulch into vehicles, assisted customers in the electrical and gardening sections. o Warehousing: Stocked merchandise in the warehouse and retail store.
