About

I build clarity, systems, trust, and momentum across 30+ years of communication design, music, consulting, nonprofit leadership, marketing, operations, and AI-enabled workflow. I believe life is UX. Business meetings, songwriting, conversations, and executive reports all create an experience. Understanding needs, identifying friction, and communicating effectively are what help move things forward. While my path has not been a straight line, it has always had a clear thread. Music, design, development, and operations all depend on building trust, working with integrity, thinking critically, and solving problems in complex environments. A degree in Communication Design, with a focus on graphic design and advertising, gave me the foundation: design principles, clear visual communication, and concept-driven strategy. An unexpected dive into the music business kept building on that foundation. Songwriting, touring, and producing taught discipline, collaboration, adaptability, audience connection, and a keen business sense. That clear thread has been woven through very different work: strengthening a nonprofit through operating systems, partnerships, marketing, and public communication; organizing complex, high-volume project communications into stakeholder-ready reports; building a self-directed music career across songwriting, touring, production, and artist development; creating foundational systems for a music-publishing startup; designing visual communication across corporate, music, nonprofit, entertainment, and small-business environments; and interviewing employees and contractors to identify pain points, communication gaps, operational friction, and opportunities for efficiency. I’m drawn to work without a ceiling: roles, consulting projects, collaborations, and music opportunities that make room for creative contribution, meaningful incentives, and the ability to help people, teams, and organizations grow.
