Originally from Philadelphia, USA, I didn't plan to end up in the seafood industry after I landed in Hong Kong with Goldman Sachs. I founded Turnbury in Hong Kong in 2014 with no industry connections and limited capital, learning everything from scratch in a part of the world that was completely new to me. A decade later, Turnbury trades over one million pounds of seafood annually across Hong Kong and key Asian markets. The business began in live seafood trading and has since evolved into a global seafood solutions company sourcing, processing and delivering finished products for some of the world's most demanding restaurant brands.
