Design, development and maintenance of VOIP Call Center
Design and development of a convergence layer for inter-working communication between SIP and H.323 and MEGACO/H248 protocols based on several stack implementations (RadVision, Trillium, etc.). The solution included the integration of Java and C++ layers through JNI interface. Implementation features for Authentications, DNS, NAT, T38, support multiple IPs, Licensing mechanism, Class5 services, SS7/ISUP to SIP and H.323 mapping, Firewall and RTP relay mechanism founded on Linux Kernel iptables API, participation in SIPit Interoperability’s tests sessions. Resolving integration problems for different networks customers.
