- Technical Direct live masses and record religious news, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality broadcasts using the Ross Carbonite switcher. - Manage a team of 7 crew members in the control room, fostering collaboration and effective communication to enhance production efficiency. - Operate studio cameras, audio, and graphics as needed, contributing to visual & sound quality and flow of live production.
- Trained new hires, writing daily reports, submitted equipment repair tickets, updated SOP document, and filled multiple roles (Audio Operator, Robo Cam Operator, Floor Manager, etc.) - Mixed live audio for multiple News anchors, reporters, and guests via Calrec Audio console, adjusting levels dynamically for optimal sound quality and seamless transitions. - Prepped and tested cameras, audio equipment, mics, and IFBS before shows, operated 30+ global cameras (US, EMEA, APAC), and crafted innovative shows using Shotoku, Panasonic PTZ, and video shading on the RCP CC systems. - Joined director meetings to pitch camera mapping/set design ideas, reviewed ENPS rundowns, and relayed cues/timing to anchors. Mic’d guests and ensured studio arrivals.
