About

Several years of experience in manufacturing with a focus on shipping/logistics and continuous improvement with lean manufacturing processes. Worked as a shipping lead for over a year in which I never missed a day while consistently working a 6-day week and even working back-to-back 80+ hour weeks when necessary. Led and participated in improvement projects to increase quality, throughput, and safety in multiple settings. Consistent record of improving underperforming areas and analyzing root causes of underperformance. Display multiple project management and team leadership skills through various separate projects with different size teams and different objectives. Understanding of quality processes and tolerances as well as some experiences with industrial machines I.E. Industrial washers, ovens, extruders, overhead conveyors, Robo cleaners, Vinyl welders, Industrial Pneumatic punches, and saws. I would like to follow an engineering management path starting as an industrial engineer with a focus on underperforming areas and growing my responsibilities from single lines of focus to entire divisions to eventually having the experience and knowledge to run entire manufacturing plants from a general manager or director level position.
