I am curently holding a NATO International Civilian role as a Senior Project Manager with the NCI Agency.
In my current position I specialize in IT project management, process optimization and improvement. The main focus is around capital investment projects internal to Adobe, where I project manage all IT aspects of the project. Secondary focus: Internal team process optimization Project management for internal operations projects Operational process optimization projects for Adobe Data centers and Server rooms Managing teams of up to 17 engineers depending on project size.
My role with JTI revolved around: first level support for the users on using the Wiz count, manager and top applications first level data base administration and server maintenance responsible for the equipment used by the sales agents and sales managers
In my role with Hertz Rent a Car i really had to lean on my soft skills and multilingual background. Customer satisfaction was the most important aspect of the role.
