• Developed and executed Course Hero’s flagship community event, the Education Summit, attracting over 15,000 registrants. • Collaborated with 135 speakers, including educators and advisory committee members, to create a dynamic three-day virtual conference. • Expanded the Educator Advisory Committee from five to eight members, enhancing educator engagement in strategic initiatives. • Continued working on the Master Educator docuseries, a key brand initiative that earned the company a collaboration with the Michelle Obama’s Reach Higher Initiative
• Developed strategic programs for over 60,000 educators to enhance community engagement and resource sharing. • Produced a series of Master Educator films, showcasing excellence in teaching across various institutions. • Organized and executed an 3-day in-person brand event with a $2,000,000 budget
• Selected for UVA’s prestigious Presidential Fellowship in Data Science; co-led research with the Data Science Institute using NLP and machine learning • Partnered with faculty in the Department of Data Science to explore how AI could surface latent patterns in language, serving as a bridge between academic research and emerging AI tools. • Used early AI models to prototype classroom resources and research workflows—experiences that now inform how I guide modern LLM adoption.
• Spearheaded department-wide digital transformation initiatives as a faculty-facing technology consultant, designing hands-on support systems that helped instructors modernize their pedagogy. • Managed a team of 30 student consultants and led training, onboarding, and support for faculty across disciplines—addressing both practical tech challenges and mindset shifts around edtech adoption. • Facilitated faculty workshops and one-on-one sessions to support the integration of technology into instruction, laying early groundwork for how I now design AI onboarding at scale.
