As a consultant at OCTO Switzerland, I have the opportunity to cover a large range of missions in various domains. The longer term ones involved audacious innovative IT projects or deep transformations. My role varies from product driving (strategy, PO coaching, agile adoption), seeding new technologies (Big Data, modern languages) or coaching management. Shorter missions are centered around audit, in various industries. The third leg at OCTO consists in talking at conferences and teaching. I have also participated to ambitious software delivery mission. Finally, as a manager, I participate to a form of utopia, always looking for better ways to let the potential of my colleagues explode. All those experiences, either focused on technology or organisation show me every how the latter is a prerequisite for the former to be effective.
