I have over 15 years of creative tech experience, enabling me to be multi-disciplined at a high level. I am a XR Developer, 3D Generalist, Coder and Technical Artist, among other things. I am interested in emerging technology, multi-sensory design and narrative. As a Senior Developer at both Virtually There VR and Cloned Reality, I developed VR training solutions for enterprise use, performing design, art and code tasks. As a lecturer at Media Design School I worked on both the Master of Design and Graduate Diploma in Creative Technologies courses, as an XR and emerging technology specialist, also covering design, game art, programming, VFX, animation, film making and motion design. I have also worked in the aerospace industry as an environment artist for flight simulators. I was the founder of Guerilla Digital, a boutique creative company working with XR, 360° photography/video, 3D, motion graphics, VFX and flight simulation.

I occasionally take on freelance projects, covering AR, VR and 3D and Motion Graphics. I’ve worked with Bobux shoes, the Heart Foundation and Media Design School to create AR filters for international marketing campaigns, and have been featured in the Lens List top AR filters. I have continuing work with NZ start-up Velohawk, creating photorealistic products renders, motion graphic videos, and product illustrations.
Short term contract, working on early protypes for the Apple Vision Pro endless runner game, Runaways.
Developing high end training solutions using XR. Virtually There Training produces custom, enterprise level training using physics based Virtual Reality. Often working closely with government agencies and corporations. Working remotely in a small team, I would design and implement the training, and refine with client feedback. As the main Unity developer, I created 3D assets, textures, materials, lighting, animations. I wrote C# code to create the training mechanics, and bring it all to together. Art assets included environments, props and creatures. During this time I completed four shipped apps and contributed to many others. In addition, I would regularly attend meetings with stakeholders and occasionally run on site demos and presentations. This was a shared role with Cloned Reality.
