Scheme Background: multi-million pound infrastructure scheme to connect the north of Worcester, by constructing a curved cable-stayed bridge over the River Severn. I carried out various commercial tasks required for the scheme delivery, including procurement, contract management, payment applications, forecasting, compensation events and risk management.
Commercial delivery of the West Cheltenham Transport Improvement Scheme (WCTIS phases 3 & 4).
