► Originated and placed asset-backed and future flow (re)financings secured by Financial Receivables and Real Assets ► Sourced terms for complex, Public and Private Debt, Asset Backed financing transactions, on various asset classes, mainly illiquid and esoteric, performing and non-performing, including Distressed and Special Sits ► Primary syndication and secondary sales trading of Credit, ABS, CLOs, SRTs, and Structured Notes Achievements: Selection of mandates: ► Warehouse financings for fintech consumer lending platforms in Spain and Korea (EUR200M across Senior and Mezzanine) ► Debt raise for two renewable energy projects in Italy, at AssetCo and HoldCo level (EUR35M and EUR50M) ► Debt raise for acquisition and construction finance of residential development project in Chelsea (GBP60M)
► Structuring and Marketing of CRE investment products. Sector focus: Retail ► Sourced, negotiated, and closed a EUR12M development loan for 3000sqm of retail and 120 parking units in Velizy (Paris area) ► Raised EUR 8M Equity from PE Fund, Family Offices, and HNWI
