My name is Alexis Durn. I am a 3rd year student at the Pennsylvania College of Technology majoring in Applied Management. My greatest attribute is my organizational skills and my ability to work quick on my feet. I demonstrated this through my hands-on labs and courses I have taken at college. I grew up with my mother always baking in the kitchen and started to enjoy creating dishes with her. Working in the kitchen, you become a family and grow close to those you work with. I desire that. I live for the fine details in all pastries and desserts. The presentation is the first thing the customer sees, so you have to make it count.
