Hello! My name is Alexis Reeves, and I am devoted to creative, strategic, and purpose-driven work. I aspire to use my time, skills, and efforts to contribute to socially and environmentally progressive organizations. Most recently, I completed a Process Improvement internship with Americold Logistics, focusing on continuous improvement projects targeting waste reduction and improving operational efficiency. Previously, I was the Operations Administration intern at Dr. Bronner's, a company well-known for activism and their fair trade and regenerative organic personal care products. With my background in supply chain and operations in the CPG industry, I want to explore my interest in project management and process improvement. I am double-majoring in Accounting and Business Administration - Management with a Minor in Data Analytics at Chapman University, graduating May 2027. I have been a research assistant for a Chapman professor in collaboration with the Stanford Digital Economy Lab since my freshman year, conducting research in global macroeconomics and the determinants of progress, sharpening my data analysis, Python, and Excel skills. I also served as one of his teaching assistants for his statistics class, helping teach other students about the functions of Excel and data analysis. Aside from my professional engagements, my biggest personal commitment is music. I have played the viola since 4th grade and have played and served as section leader in several symphonies, orchestras, and chamber groups from elementary school to college. Currently, I am first desk in the Chapman Orchestra and have played on many occasions for/with other students, such as senior recitals, community gigs, film compositions, and student-produced musical productions. You may also find me at meetings for several other professional and recreational clubs, such as the Accounting Society, the Orange County Association of Environmental Professionals, and the Skill Seekers Club.
