I certify delivery and compliance of a new core system being developed in Java/Python, validating scope, milestones, documentation, and evidence-based acceptance. I assess technical quality (robustness, scalability, error handling, logging, traceability) and support data migration verification through consistency checks and reconciliations. I oversee readiness of development, test/UAT, and production environments, ensuring controlled releases (build → test → validate → deploy) and rollback/contingency procedures. In parallel, I advise on configuration and reliable operation of internal platforms and services, including Linux, PostgreSQL, VMware, Tomcat, and Docker. I contribute to operational continuity by supporting incident analysis and root-cause assessment, recommending improvements in monitoring/observability, backups, recovery testing, log retention, and capacity controls. I translate technical findings into clear reports for stakeholders, highlighting risks, corrective actions, and acceptance recommendations tied to deliverables.
