Provide ongoing market intelligence, talent insights, compensation trends, and recruiting updates to influence hiring decisions and improve hiring outcomes. Recruit top-performing sales professionals for a global fintech organization, including Account Executives, Territory Managers, Relationship Managers, and sales leadership positions. Leverage recruiting metrics, pipeline data, sourcing effectiveness, and hiring reports to improve recruiting performance and support data-driven decision-making.
